Annual General Meeting

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held online
at 7.30pm on Monday 28th JUNE 2021.

Details of how to join the meeting will be emailed to all Voting Members (Vice Presidents, Life members, Playing members & Associate members) on Friday 25th June 2021.

1.    Chairman’s Welcome & Introduction
2.    Apologies for absence.
3.    Approval of Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting on 24th June 2019
4.    Matters arising from the minutes.
5.    To receive the Chairman’s report on the 2019/20 & 2020/21 seasons and the outlook for the 2021/22 season
6.    To ratify the following decisions taken by the Club’s Executive Committee namely
a.    Not to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting
b.    To change the annual adult playing membership from a one-off annual payment to monthly payments
7.    To receive the Treasurer’s Report for the 2019/20 & 2020/21 seasons.
8.    To consider proposed changes to the Club Rules.
9.    To elect the Club Executive Committee for the 2021/22 season.
10.  To delegate to the Club Executive Committee the appointment of the Team Captains for the 2021/22 season
11.  Any Other Business.
