Annual Dinner & Dance 2011

The annual HFRFC end of season’s dinner and awards ceremony is the pinnacle in the clubs social diary and with this being one that has already been riddled with so much success; this year will be no exception.
Following the success of last year’s venue at Chelsea Football Club, I am delighted to announce that we will once again be returning on May 21st 2011 to celebrate a great year in style, after all, someone from the local areas needs to bring some success to ‘the blues’ ground, even if they can’t themselves. Fernando who?
As is befitting of such an occasion, this is an evening of glitz and glamour so, guys dust off your DJ’s and start practicing the art of tying that dickey-boe, and ladies it’s time to bring out the 6 inch heels, sparkly dresses and snazzy earrings.
Pre drinks will begin at ‘So bar’ on Fulham road from 6pm and a drinks reception awaits us at the ground from 7pm. You will then be ushered to your tables for a 3 course seated dinner, where table wine, coffees and mineral water are included along with all other accompaniments befitting of a club with such success (again, I reference Hammers and not Chelsea). Speeches and the awards presentation will follow the meal and upon conclusion of this, your club captain will invite you to take to the dancefloor and cut some angry shapes to the rhythmical tunes of a surprise DJ guest (more to follow) till the wee small hours. The after party is already being planned so fear not.
Tickets are now available for purchase at £75pp and are strictly on a first come first served basis. I am happy for people to arrange tables of 10 so if you would like to do so, please let me know in suitable advance. Payment is required before any seating requests are adhered to. Alternatively, any other seating requests will be catered for at the very best of my ability. Partners and guests are more than welcome, could be a good time to reward your season of rugby absence.
In terms of payment, please send the funds to the club account BUT PLEASE LABEL IT CLEARLY. As i’m sure you can imagine, there is a lot of admin needed for such an occasion so poor labelling does not guarantee a ticket I am afraid. e.g. dnd Patterson
With the success we have all been a part of this year, this poses to be the perfect ending to a monumental year for HFRFC. I hope to see you there.
