Old Colfeians 45 Hammers 10

Not a lot can be taken out of this game for the H & F 1st XV as the match was effectively over by half time. The score by then was 38 – 0 to Old Colfeians, who had secured their fourth try bonus point after only 25 minutes.

The Hammers did a lot better in the second half spending most of the time in the Old Colfeians half, that led to Chris Gabbert and Tom Knight scoring unconverted tries.

With the tightening up of our defence, the Hammers kept a clean sheet in the second half until the final few minutes of game, when Old Colfeians scored a try that was converted, making the final score 45-10.
