Sponsorship Opportunities at Hammersmith & Fulham RFC
The Hammers are currently looking for sponsors in a number of areas of the club and are distributing a promotional pack which explains all about the club and the sponsorship opportunities available. These range from the main club sponsorship for 3 years down to match sponsorship, we need your help with them all.

Sponsorship opportunities
As a sponsor of one of London’s most successful rugby clubs your business will have access to all of our members through our website, emails, newsletters and our annual fixture card. As well as enjoying the benefits associated with being a sponsor you will have the opportunity to promote your services and products to our members through our website and by being welcome guests at our home matches.
The following is the Club’s main sponsorship ‘menu’, but we would be happy to put together bespoke packages to meet your requirements with the cost and duration of sponsorship being negotiable.
All monies raised through sponsorship go to promoting and playing rugby union in the area.
Main Club Sponsor
£5,000 per annum for 3 years
• Chest sponsor on 1st XV playing shirts
• Option to purchase tickets for England’s Twickenham matches
• Main sponsor on the header of the men’s web pages
• Advertising space on the men’s homepage
• Name, hyperlink and logo on the website sponsor page
• Logo on all club promotional material
• Framed 1st XV playing shirt
• Framed 1st XV photo each season
• Full page add in the club’s annual fixture card
Associate Club Sponsor
£2,000 per annum for 3 years
• Shoulder sponsor on 1st XV playing shirts
• Option to purchase tickets for England’s Twickenham matches
• Name, hyperlink and logo on the website sponsor page
• Framed 1st XV playing shirt
• Framed 1st XV photo each season
• Full page add in the club’s annual fixture card
Youth Section Sponsor
£3,000 per annum for 3 years (Secured)
• Chest sponsor on the youth section playing shirts
• Option to purchase tickets for England’s Twickenham matches
• Main sponsor on the Youth section of the website
• Advertising space on the youth homepage
• Name, hyperlink and logo on the website sponsor page
• Framed Youth playing shirt
• Full page add in the club’s annual fixture card
Associate Youth section Sponsor
£1,500 per annum for 3 years (Secured)
• Shoulder sponsor on the youth section playing shirts
• Advertising space on the youth homepage
• Name, hyperlink and logo on the website sponsor page
• Framed Youth playing shirt
• Full page add in the club’s annual fixture card
Youth section Age Group Sponsor
£150 per age group per annum
The Hammers Youth Section comprises of a number of age groups (the Little Hammers (5 year olds), Under 7s, Under 8s, Under 9s, Under 10s, Under 11s, Under 12s, Under 13s, Under 14s & Under 15s) which you can individually sponsor.

Ladies Sponsor
£1,000 per annum for 3 years
• Chest sponsor on Ladies XV playing shirts
• Main sponsor on the Ladies section of the website
• Advertising space on the ladies homepage

• Framed Ladies playing shirt
• Framed Ladies photo each season
• Full page add in club fixture card
Match Sponsor
£50 per match
You can sponsor any of the Men’s, Ladies or Youth matches. Your business name, together with a hyperlink will appear on the website’s fixture page. Other than the homepage these pages are the most visited on the site.
Fixture Card Advert
£75
The fixture card is given to every member of the Club and contains the entire seasons fixtures and members details. A discounted rate of £50 is given to age group sponsors.
Touring sides
Opportunities exist to sponsor our regular tours. Both the Men’s and Ladies’ teams go on tour each Easter, usually to continental Europe. Sponsor’s logos are included on the tour shirts, which are proudly worn by the tourists both on tour and for many years afterwards.
7’s shirts
Towards the end of each season the Hammers compete in a number of organised 7’s tournaments and are looking for a sponsor for the playing kit. This kit can be themed towards the nature of the sponsor.
