Pre-Season Training - Know and prepare for Your Enemy!

As July 13th is only round the corner, and I’m sure you’re all like kids at Christmas having trouble sleeping because you’re so excited about doing the pre season training again, but if you haven’t started doing any training yet, get out and do a couple of runs a week or a couple of gym sessions (with around 20 minutes cardio in) in preparation.
A couple of things I’d like to mention prior to starting the sessions is although the club provides water bottles please bring your own preferably a litre bottle, there will be no drinks breaks during the training, you drink when you want to, please be prompt as we will start on time, and I’d like you to be warmed up properly, because there’ll be no stopping during the sessions as all rests between runs will be active rests.
I know I’m early sending this out and Myself or John will send out a similar reminder nearer the 13th of July but as all the sides are going to get promoted this year and win all the cups we can I want you to be ready.
