2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please find attached the formal notification of the Club’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held at The Royal British Legion, Parsons Green, at 8.00pm on Thursday 24th June 2010.
To encourage you to attend food and drink will be provided.
The Royal British Legion is on the New Kings Road at the junction with Parsons Green Lane and is about 50 metres from The Duke on the Green.

As well as electing the Committee and Captains for the 2010/2011 season and voting on changes to the Club Rules, this meeting is an opportunity for you to have your say on how the Club is run and to present your ideas as to how the Club can be improved.
If you wish to stand for any of the positions, but will not be at the meeting, you must let me know. Nominations will not be accepted for candidates who are not present and who have not informed me of their intention to stand.
Also if you are unable to be at the meeting, but still wish to vote you can submit a proxy vote, but please note that your proxy vote must be delivered to me in writing (emails are acceptable) by Thursday 17th June 2010 and will only be accepted for candidates who have declared themselves by that date.
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT MEETING OF THE CLUB PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ATTEND.
